Flip is a director in the property practice division of Kotzé Low Swanepoel and is involved in the management of various correspondent work. He has been practising as an attorney and conveyancer for more than 30 years, 25 of which has been in Vryburg. He was one of 3 partners in the well-known firm Venter Booysen & Ferreira Attorneys in Vryburg for 17 years.
Venter Booysen & Ferreira Attorneys amalgamated with Kotzé Low Swanepoel during the beginning of 2020 to form a strong, vigilant practice in Vryburg. Apart from conveyancing, he is also advising clients in numerous other areas of expertise i.e. purchase and sale agreements, other commercial transactions, drawing of wills, labour law and general work. He is also an appraiser for purposes of estate valuations.
Flip has been a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court in Vryburg uninterruptedly for the past 24 years. He was also Chairman of the Conveyancing and other committees of the Kalahari Attorneys Association for many years. He was a member of school governing bodies (some as chair), the Vryburg Golf Club and Vryburg Men's Club for many years. He has a keen interest in current affairs, reading and is a sport enthusiast.
